PME is an international group of mathematics educators and researchers who gather once a year to share our work and interests at our Annual Conference. The next Annual Conference was supposed to take place in Khon Kaen, Thailand, from July 19 to 23, 2021.

However, due to the pandemic situation, travel is restricted or forbidden for most academics. That is the reason why the PME International Committee / Board of Trustees decided against an on-site conference in 2021, in accordance with the Thailand team of PME44.

PME44 will therefore go completely online, hosted by Technion Institute, Israel, and take place July 19-23, 2021. A national presentation of PME-related activities in Thailand is part of the conference program.

Further information will be available soon.

PME welcomes all who are interested in how students learn mathematics, how teachers teach mathematics, and how mathematicians, teachers and students do mathematics. Please feel free to explore this website, read the most recent PME Newsletter, and, participate in one of our Forums. If you have questions, you can send an e-mail to our Administrative Manager.
