Publication Reports (PR) are designed to highlight already published research and stimulate meaningful discussion within the PME community. Each PR session is 40 minutes long—20 minutes for the presentation and 20 minutes for discussion, moderated by a session chair.
Unlike Research Reports, PR presentations should not simply repeat the content of the paper. Instead, focus on the significance of the study, its key contributions, and how it connects to current issues or future directions in mathematics education.
Structure your presentation around three to five core messages. Use concise, visually engaging slides and avoid reading directly from the screen. Practice in advance to ensure you stay within time and deliver your ideas clearly.
The goal of a PR session is not only to present, but to engage. Use this opportunity to reflect, provoke thought, and invite dialogue.
